Chicken - 1kg (dressed)
Curd - 1kg
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsps
Cloves - 5-6
Lemon juice - 2 lemons
Salt, pepper, cumin powder - to taste
Ginger pieces - cut thin and long for garnishing
Onion rings - for garnishing
Clean the chicken well and put it in a big bowl.
Mix the lemon juice, salt and pepper with the curd.
Now dip the chicken pieces in the mixture to marinate for 1 hour.
After an hour put 1 tspn oil in a cooking pan and heat it.
Sorte the ginger garlic paste well till golden brown in color.
Now empty the contents of the bowl, chicken and all in the pan and mix well.
Drop in a few cloves and a bit of cumin powder as per taste.
Now leave it to cook, stirring from time to time till done.
Lightly fry the onion rings and ginger pieces for garnishing.
Once done the chicken should be almost dry and golden brown in color.
Garnish with lemon pieces, onions and ginger, serve with a mint dip.
