2-2/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons bi-carb
1-1/3 cups castor sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
2/3 cup oil
2 cups cold water
1. Sift dry ingredients together.
2. Beat oil, vinegar, vanilla and water together.
3. Then gradually add to dry ingredients.
4. Mix well and then beat for one minute.
5. Bake in two 1.1/2 inch deep, 8 inch tins at 350 degrees.
6. This mixture can also be used for either large or small flan cases.
7. Sometimes leave out the vanilla and add 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon to the dry ingredients.
