What do you feel makes Punjab a hot spot for many business establishments ?

It is a well known fact that Punjab is one of the hot spots as far as investors and business community are concerned.
What do you think are reasons for making Punjab such a hot spot ?

I feel developmental potential, untapped resource in agriculture, govt. policies as compared to other states, besides cheaper land and labour are few things which can be attributed towards such an image of Punjab.
