Drinking lukewarm water helps reducing the weight

Drinking lukewarm water after meals helps reduce weight and effect may be visible in say a month or so. it may be small reductino initially but thats still a good prospect for many.

use copper vessel to keep the water and consume it nearly 20 minutes after your meals.

I have observed loss of nearly 3 kg in one month for my sis.
I am already slim with normal weight, so wouldn't volunteer for an experiment. :)
