Career options for Bupinder ?

Hello,
My family is worried over Bhupinder's fate. He is my cousin. We are a joint family. Bhupi appears for boards (12th) next year. He has taken science stream as of now, working towards Medical line.
I pray to GOD, he succeeds, but if he is unfortunate, then what career options does he have ?
What are different alternatives he can try and make a bright future in ?
