Anyone here been abused during their teenage?

I was shocked to hear what my friend had to tell about teenagers. She had read some article in a magazine and told me that many teenagers in West are subject to abuse, neglect and they join wrong societies which affects their future. I couldn't believe it, when she told me that most abuse comes from the home or known people and is of sexual nature to term it sexual assault rather.
Has anyone of you gone through this during your teenage years?
