Well! Well! The Apple rumour mill has begun churning once again! Buzz has it that the tech giant is gearing up to launch a bunch of intriguing new gadgets! Though there is no official confirmation, speculation is rife that Apple is planning to release new iPhone and iPad models as well as band options for the Apple watch at an event in San Francisco on March 15.
According to a report from 9 to5Mac, the Cupertino-based company is taking the wraps off the latest iPhone, the budget priced 5se, alongside the iPad Air 3 and some new Apple Watch straps.
The iPhone 5se:
The 4-inch smartphone will mirror the look and size of the iPhone 5S with many features from the iPhone 6 and 6S. Rumours indicate the gadget will come with a faster A8 processor and new motion coprocessor. The 5se is likely to be equipped with an NFC chip and have Apple Pay functionality. The device is slated to come in two capacities, 16GB and 64GB. Moreover, Apple’s new affordable iPhone will sport 3D Touch feature that the tech mammoth introduced on last year’s iPhone 6s models.
The iPad Air 3:
As per sources, the devise is likely to sport many features from the most recent iPad Pro. Details emerging online suggest that Apple’s next-gen tablet will include an enhanced sound system with four corner-mounted speakers, smart connector strip for attaching magnetic keyboards and a higher resolution display. It is also likely to flaunt 4GB of RAM and an LED flash for the camera.
Apart from the new gadgets, the tech giant may introduce a selection of new colour band options for the Apple Watch. However, to get a glimpse of a fully redesigned Apple Watch we will have to wait a while. The new wearable gear is expected to be showcased alongside the iPhone 7 in September.
