Poorly educated immigrants from Africa and other under developed countries are proving a burden on the education system of Britain.
A $3.5 million advertising campaign has been launched by the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to encourage the nearly 7.9 million green card holders to become naturalized citizens of United States.
