While on one side Anna's health is deteriorating day by day, the parliament session held on Wednesday night has brought the entire protest to square one.

Having successfully completed seven days of his hunger strike, the social activist Anna Hazare, demanded direct political talks.

In order to stop Anna Hazare to launch another crusade, Delhi Police arrested Hazare at his residence in Mayur Vihar ahead of his big protest on Tuesday. As per the reports he has been taken to the officer’s mess in civil lines, Delhi.

According to the latest reports, Anna Hazare group has decided to write a plea to Prime Minister, Mr.Manmohan Singh and Chief Justice, Mr.S.H Kapadia for further high-level inquiry into the CD issue, containing the recordings of conversation between politicians Amar Singh, Mulayam Singh Yadav and Shanti Bhushan.
