Kick Away Bad Breath!!

The bad breath can be a romance killer and thing of embarrassment in front of people so make sure your smell doesn't stink and for this you can ask a friend or anyone to give you an honest answer how your mouth smells and if that's not possible then you can always turn to your dentist. And, if you are suffering from a bad breath then following tips can help in providing a refreshing breath always.

Tips

* Brush teeth twice a day.

* Floss daily preferably at night.

* Stay away from foods like garlic, onion etc.

* Clean your tongue with tongue scraper.

* Visit your dentist for regular check-ups and cleanings twice a year

* Drink plenty of fresh water daily, at least eight to ten glasses.

* Occasionally swish mouth with water especially after meals.

* Drink lots of water.

* Avoid drinking too much of tea or coffee.

* Eat fresh vegetables with fiber content.

* Get physical check up if your mouth smells most of the time, it could be an indication of sinus problems, and rarely liver or kidney problem.

* Use mouthwash as recommended by your dentist. Best time to use it is at night before retiring to bed.
