Get rid of wrinkles in a wink!!

Who wouldn’t want to duck out the discernible wrinkles especially women?

Though today men equally participate in the blitz to cover those laugh lines and frown lines. Almost everyone is pretty vain about their looks, whether young or old.

Some even panic if the wrinkles knock at your doors even before you hit your mid – forties.

Well here’s a getaway!

Do not fret out as there are some definite ways to prevent these unwanted wrinkles and to reverse their effect on the skin.

First of all lets see what are the reasons which causes them :

1. Smoking:

Smoking is harmful for our skin as it damages our skin tissues and hinders the regeneration of the collagen which is responsible for the elasticity of our skin.

2. Over-Exposure to sunlight:

No-doubt, a little sun is good and healthy for our skin. But too much of it, especially ultraviolet-A ( UVA) rays damage our skin tissues and as such develops wrinkles.

3. Expressive Facial Expressions:

You are a perfect candidate for the wrinkles if you tend to laugh a lot, or simply have too many facial expressions. It’s good being expressive, but wrinkles think otherwise.

Lets see here-on what can be done to do away with them or just delay them:

1. Use sun blocks:

Sun blocks with adequate sun protection factor (SPF) is effective in protecting our skin against the harms of UVB rays. Use SPF of 15 or above while going out in the skin to exposed area. Cover you body as much as you can by wearing hats, sunglasses, fill sleeves shirt etc. Apply sunscreen after every two hour or so.

2.Heathy diet:

A healthy diet works wonders on our skin. Dark green vegetables act as anti-oxidants , for instance asparagus , sprouts , broccoli etc. Drinking green tea also helps.

3. Drink pleanty of water:

Drink atleast 6-8 glasses of water daily to keep your skin hydrated.
